What procurement asks before signing
Annual volume, monthly payment
No monthly caps. Use your prescreening volume whenever hiring peaks during the year.
Unused volume carries over
Part of any unused annual volume carries over to the next contract year, so there's no need to over-commit just to be safe.
No setup fee
Standard onboarding, templates, branding and the standard ATS connector are included. Custom mapping and migration are priced by scope.
1, 2 or 3 years
A multi-year contract locks in the price for the whole term and lowers both the licence fee and the prescreening rate.
What counts as one prescreening?
You pay only for a completed prescreening: one candidate goes through the configured process for one role (invitation, interview, evaluation, report). A prescreening in which the candidate turns down the job through Zeenna also counts as completed. A candidate who doesn't start or doesn't finish the interview isn't charged. It doesn't matter how many messages, channels or languages it takes.
Is there a minimum?
Plans start at roughly 1,000 candidates a year.
Why don't you show prices on the website?
The price depends on your annual volume, solution scope and contract term. We prepare it on the demo, once we know your hiring.
Is there an implementation fee?
Not for standard onboarding. Advanced integration and deployment (custom ATS/API mapping, migration and multi-country rollout) is priced by scope; for three-year contracts it is included within the agreed scope.
